Four-stage positioning concept

Predefined positions for optimum patient care

Illustrated via the example of the Impulse 400 KL (fig. 1) and 300 KL (fig. 2-4) clinical beds

Low position

With a height of 27 cm in the low position, the Impulse 400 KL offers optimum fall prevention. The starting position of the Impulse 300 KL (36 cm) offers a comfortable mounting height and simplifies patient mobilisation.

Care position

The care position adjustment function guarantees pleasant, back-friendly work for care staff. During the care process, our side assist rail system with half-height side rail components provides patients with additional protection while giving care staff easy access.

Comfort sitting position

This position ensures that the patient can sit upright comfortably, and is ideal for watching television, care activities or communicating. Spatial orientation is improved, and breathing and circulation are influenced positively. The intelligent alignment process with back rest adjustment prevents the patient from coming into contact with the headboard and simultaneously relieves pressure on the buttocks.

Shock position

The shock position serves the emergency compensation of decreased blood volume and can be implemented immediately via an automatic programme function on the care staff control console.
